FY26 Q2 Data Due

# FY26 Q2 Data Submission Deadline Set for April 24

The Department of Justice has announced that all federal agencies must submit their second quarter fiscal year 2026 data by Friday, April 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Submissions are required through FOIA.gov.

Agencies unable to meet the April 24 deadline should notify the DOJ's Office of Information Policy by emailing DOJ.OIP.FOIA@usdoj.gov. The submission portal will remain available for agencies to upload their FY26 Q2 data throughout the day of the deadline.
